A life-long learner, she has continually participated in ongoing learning and has recently received her Master’s in Health Professions Education from Queens University. In addition, she provides Bioflex laser therapy for acute and chronic conditions.
In addition to her practice, Amy teaches future healthcare providers in higher education. She has been honoured to teach future massage therapists, nurses, and PSWs.
Joy is a by-product the above work provides Amy, but her greatest joy is her title role as mom to her two children. She enjoys coffee, time outside, time in nature, coffee, play, walking and workouts with friends, laughing, and most of all, coffee.
Amy is welcoming new clients. Call her at 905-432-9828.

Suzanne began her studies in 2011 at the well-recognized Canadian College of Osteopathy (CCO). Here she learned musculoskeletal treatments for the entire body, cranial and visceral (organs) osteopathy over the five year course study. Osteopathy is a wholistic manual therapy. Osteopathic treatment is extremely gentle, yet incredibly profound. Andrew Taylor Still, M.D, D.O., said that the withering fields bring disease.

Nadine Gavin, BSc, ND
Naturopathic Doctor
Nadine is board certified, in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario and have prescribing rights. In addition to being a Naturopathic Doctor at the Durham Natural Health Centre, I love research and am active at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) as a Clinic Supervisor and Teaching Advisor.
I believe you deserve a health care team that has the knowledge to advise you and compassion to listen and understand. I practice with integrity. I will be transparent with expectations, treatment options and cost. I also recognize my limitations. I believe you receive the best results when everyone on your health care team plays to their strengths. I encourage you to work alongside your health care professionals and refer when your care requires expertise outside my scope of practice.
I love helping women rediscover their health through diet, lifestyle, hormone balance and supplementation. I will support you to successfully achieve your health goals and find your path back to wellness
I received my Honours Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry & Biomedical Science from McMaster University. Followed by four years at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and a two-year Clinical Residency where I completed research in the management of Inflammatory Bowel Disease in a clinical setting.
I have worked at Anishnawbe Health Toronto, Sherbourne Health Centre and Brampton Civic Hospital. I also have training in paediatric care and intravenous therapy. I have been published in Naturopathic Currents and was featured in the magazine, Mind Body Spirit.
I am wife to Jamie and a mom to Vivian and our quirky bulldog, Reggie. As a mother and wife, I know how difficult it is to schedule time for self-care and honour that commitment. Too often we lose our identity and compromise our health by the unrealistic expectations we set.
